We verify the authenticity and provenance of each of the products that we list.  All products are expertly curated by the best luxury fashion retailers around the globe and we guarantee all items are authentic.


All sold out items are clearly marked on the website. If a product is out of stock you will not be able to add this to your cart.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We only take payment once your order has been shipped. We also accept payment by PayPal, Google Pay or Amazon Pay. If you decide to use either of these methods, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal, Google or Amazon Pay website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

I have requested a refund, how long does this take?

We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at contact@purestylecollection.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via contact@purestylecollection.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

When will my order arrive?

Orders that require shipping within the UK and EU Countries can take up to 5 days for delivery. Products shipped to the US can take up to 8 - 10 days for delivery, depending on your preferred shipping method. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

How much is shipping / delivery?

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. Please refer to this delivery cost table to check the postage fees for different destination countries. If your order value is more than £75.00, €75.00 or $75.00 we provide free shipping.


Can I return or exchange an item?


Your 100% satisfaction is important for us.

  • We offer a Return & Exchange Policy: If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery - we offer 100% refund.
  • We have a 28-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received. To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email contact@purestylecollection.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

How do I return an item?

Please contact our customer service team via contact@purestylecollection.com. Providing the return is within the 28-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.
